At Love's Culture, every item is made just for you through our print-on-demand partner. Because of this, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at admin@lovesculture.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to replace it or issue a refund.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the item and issue

• Your preferred resolution (refund or replacement)

We’re not able to accept returns due to size, color, or design preferences since every item is custom-made to order.
